this was in Spotsylvania, VA

i didn't post this picture because i thought it was good (au contraire), but because it was "the moment" - that wonderful face and then the boar's head and quaint elments. This was taken at a distance with the optical zoom maxxed & into the digital zoom, so it is grainy & slow shutter speed as i was shooting from the exterior into the small "BBQ Joint"

the sandwich that we had was very good. It is not so hard to find good BBQ in Texas and most of the US south, but as you go north it is very uncommon.
