Black Mountain, sometimes known as Elephant Mountain (as immortalized here: http://www.amazon.com/Elephant-Mountain-Youngbloods/dp/B00005O05E). It rises 1200 feet from surrounding country, 1280 feet above sea level. I've climbed it a few times. It's steep and also private property, but worth it for the view.

Yes, good eye. This is Bolinas Ridge near Olema. Tomales Bay is in some of the previous photos.
