Was a 340-cubic-inch, 275hp V8 an insane amount of power to put in this relatively lightweight car? If not, the 426 Hemi definitely was! I've seen this car around quite a bit; it looks to be in pretty good condition for a 35-yr-old, but last week the owner was out there with the hood open and smoke pouring out...

there's no such thing as an insane amount of power.
My Cobra replica used to have 270hp at the rear wheels and it weighed probably less than half that car. did I get wheelspin? In 5th? :D
